Individual Development (2-hour coaching session) – I use the Everything DISC Workplace® Assessment plus other assessments to help individuals learn their “natural self”. This helps them better understand themselves within their various “environments” (home, work, etc.). Action planning is done at the conclusion of the exercise.
Leadership/Management Development (3-hour coaching session) – Depending on the situation, I will use the Everything DISC® Management Assessment or Everything DISC Work of Leaders® assessment to help people in leadership positions to learn more about how their personal behavioral styles affect the way they lead their teams. Action planning is done at the conclusion of the exercise.
DISC Team Dynamics (Two 4-hour sessions and a 1-hour session) – In this popular workshop for teams between 3 and 20 members, I use one of the three DISC® assessments mentioned above to help members to the following:
· Realize their own behavioral style, given the team’s environment
· Understand their teammates' behavioral styles
· Create strategies to work more closely with their teammates
· Understand the team’s overall “DISC® culture
