DISC® is one of the world’s most popular and effective behavioral assessments. I use various DISC assessments in a number of different ways to help both individuals and teams in your organization to be more effective.
These workshops are quick hitting (2-3 hours), high impact workshops that introduce a powerful, but easily applicable change management model. Participants leave each workshop with an action plan on how to handle a particular change they are going through. These are great for organizations that are going through changes of some kind. I will work with members of your leadership team and their employees to improve or eliminate a performance issue that is occurring. Using tools that foster discussion of the issue, I help determine the cause(s) of the performance problem. Finally, I act as a mediator to help the parties decide the solutions they feel will be most effective and how they will implement the solutions.
